Hey Breda, first a big hug! I think the first one is the worst, the unknown, not knowing what to expect or how your body will cope is scary! The actual day isn't to bad, apart from feeling a bit bored while you wait for the drugs to go thru. Best tip I can give you is to take all the medication they tell you to, the premeds, and the anti nausa tabs, take them even if you don't feel ill, the second tip is to be kind to yourself, indulge in whatever helps you to feel better, more in control and brings pleasure.
