Thanks for all the research. I will have to look at all the sites. I have gone back to personal training last week and loved it. I have even had energy for heavy gardening. We are selling our home within the next couple of months so need to get it in order. I am hoping that with all the hard work and no time for snacking that my body will not only get stronger but leaner. Hope all is well with you. Good luck with the fitness program. XLeonie

Hi Amy,
Thanks for the information and your positive approach. " Eat less and move more "...sounds about right. I try and eat seasonal foods also; a bit of this and a bit of that, also spices, herbs etc.
I might go on a walk later today; it does make me feel more relaxed afterwards too.
Music is inspiring also.
bye now, love Kathy.
