It is time to watch the Calories ...

Good Morning Ladies.  How was your Xmas / NY break?  Busy Busy ... keeping the kids happy as well as having some quality time for yourself, enjoying the company of good friends and family.  What a previliage huh!! Lucky us.

Anyway, it is time for me to watch my diet / calories now, since there is no more excuses like "oh well it is Xmas, oh well it is a party, oh well it is NY after all ... & just enjoy it + 2 weeks of Fiji R&R with my boys + loads of wines and big portion of food"  Well as a result of these joyful moments, my body & combo with Tamoxifin + drugs has allow me to balloon up!! Hopefully you didn't have the same excuses like me ...

So it is time to understand the calories counter ... here is some of my strings of google-research to share with you :

Thanks for all the research.  I will have to look at all the sites.  I have gone back to personal training last week and loved it.  I have even had energy for heavy gardening.  We are selling our home within the next couple of months so need to get it in order.  I am hoping that with all the hard work and no time for snacking that my body will not only get stronger but leaner.  Hope all is well with you.  Good luck with the fitness program. Hope you are well.  Love your new hair do, you look great.  (I did miss my sophisticated & elegant look when my hair was an inch long.)

Wow - selling house and gardening!  You go gal.   No you wont have time to snack on junk food.

    Thanks for your support ;)

    Hi Amy,

Thanks for the information and your positive approach. " Eat less and move more "...sounds about right. I try and eat seasonal foods also; a bit of this and a bit of that, also spices, herbs etc.

I might go on a walk later today; it does make me feel more relaxed afterwards too.

    Music is inspiring also.

     bye now, love Kathy.
