You may remember in the Seat at The Table 2011 Year in Review, Amanda mentioned the work that Heather Drum and Gerda Evans did in getting health professionals to use the term risk reducing medication, when talking about medication that can reduce your risk of breast cancer developing.

As a result of this work, Gerda was quoted in a perpsective that was published in the Medical Journal of Australia last year. If you would like to read more around this issue, and Gerda's thoughts on the topic, please refer to the attached article.
