New Network Feedback

I've been trying, without success, to login from my phone. Not sure if it's an issue with the phone itself or the network. When I click the fields to enter my username or password, the letters come up for a split second & then disappear....Actually, I just tried to do a search & the keyboard stayed up, so maybe not a phone issue.

Had a quick read through of Jessicadanti's post "New website & online network" & the toolbar shown there doesn't show on my phone, but does show on the computer.

Just noticed I can't scroll through what I am currently writing (to check errors etc), so I'll apologise now for what I'm sure won't be a fluid post!

I read earlier something about new posts not being at the top of the page. I also thought this, but I think the ones at the very top are the featured posts - like the old site - & then the new ones come just after that. These featured posts don't seem to show up on my phone at the moment though...or I just might not know where to look??

I think the changes will be good when the wrinkles are all ironed out...& when we all get used to them!! I'm just so happy to have access to this wonderful network. I may not post much, but I do read here almost everyday & search things when I need more information.

Cheers

Jo

Hello Jo, thank you so much for your comments, and i am so pleased to hear that you have been able to find support and information from this wonderful network  :-)

If you are using an iphone you will be able to see (instead of the navigation bar) your profile picture at the top in a circle. Once you click on this you will see that drop down menu that will help you navigate your way around.

You are exactly spot on Jo, the blog posts that are featured will appear at the very top. Scroll down to have a look at any of the most recent blog posts.

Thank you again for your comment and feedback, and we will continue to work on ironing out the any of the wrinkles :-)

Hi Jo, I had the same problem. Ditched trying to access via mobile and now only log into the site when I can get near the computer at home. Should be good once the 'wrinkles' are ironed out, though. Anne

    Hi Jess,

I'm still unable to login from my android phone. Any tips? Maybe I'm missing something??

    Thanks

Hi all, I have previously had no trouble logging in on my apple devices or laptop. I have tried this morning on a new android phone and am experiencing this same problem.

As i tried this only this morning, i dont know if it had been an ongoing problem or if it has just become an issue.

    looking forward to a solution
