Our monthly support group meeting today went well with two members of the Cancer Council staff addressing us on their roles- one the physical aspects of treatments and the other coping with the emotional roller coaster. We all know we are extremely fortunate in having these great women working in the Launceston Cancer Council Centre.

Later THE great race was run and I wore Pink Lady Ribbon with a hair clip as my hat (see attached) and our dear Pauline was able to attend for a short while. Her battle continues and she is an amazingly brave and courageous woman.

She inspires so many of us-  24 years since her first diagnosis.

I am so very proud to be co-facilitator of our group!
