FOUND OUT HOW TO WORK THE SYSTEM !!!

Good morning ladies

I see more queries re finding things - i have just discovered how to receive email notification of personal messages:

Go to the top where you have logged in - the list shows Profile, Settings, My Feed, My Listings, My Publications, Messages, Subscriptions and Logout.  Got that ?

Go into Settings - right at the bottom there is a box to tick.

Hope this helps as the other ways to find messages seems to be gloriously mixed up !

    Hi Jessica The settings bit was about where to make the system send you an email re messages, not looking at messages. The Messages SENT items is where it shows info of who has responded so that needs fixing ! How about writing a clear user instruction like the one above and KEEP IT AS THE TOP FEATURED POST so ladies, new and old, can work this new system ? Summer :-(

    I have been doing that but at first it was only old messages that were in my inbox, now there are none and no new ones appearing AT ALL. Why can some people make this work but most of us can not. This really is extremely frustrating that you guys do not seem to even understand the sorts of problems we are experiencing. I really am reaching a point where I am about to give up on this network because it is just causing sadness and stress!!

    Hi Adean Yes, that is at the top part of the page but go right down to the bottom left and you will see the tick box. Summer :-)

    Summer, you are spot on. If you would like to check your messages, you can access your inbox in two ways.

    If you are on a PC, you can select the 'messages' tab in the main navigation. And you can also go to the very top of the page and select your name and profile picture which has a drop down. Here you can select messages.

    Hi Adean - If you would like to check your inbox, you can go to the section where you are selecting 'settings' and instead select 'messages'. This will take you to your inbox.

    I have included an images on where you go to locate your messages on a PC and i phone just down the bottom:

    Unfortunately the system will not do this for me I press settings and I just continue to get the profile page. Thanks for trying. Adean
