Regarding the face-to-face support, I would suggest you complete a search. (Note: Depending on how far you are willing to travel I completed a postode search - 30km from 2763 and a number of support groups have displayed)
You might also find the 'Help' section useful as it will give you tips on searching for others going through the same experiences http://www.bcna.org.au/help
