The post surgery bra ordered by my breast care nurse for my up coming surgery seems to have been lost in the mail.
Can anyone suggest where else I could buy one?
I've looked everywhere locally (Big W, Best & Less etc) for a wireless front closing bra but no one stocks them.
My surgery is this Fri & I'm starting to panic a little - the Berlie post surgery bra was the only one I could wear for for weeks after surgery last time.

You can buy this online or also at myers. It is much more comfortable than the berlie.

Hi Mel, Like Paula wrote the post surgery bras at Target are wire free and front opening $20-00 - you could always buy one while you were waiting for your berlei one to arrive in the mail. My breast care nurse also told me that I could use a wire free sports bra after being released from hospital but again you would want a front opening one until your healing was well under way. They also sell the berlei post surgery bra at good lingerie shops. Someone just posted recently that you can now get post surgical bras at Target. Not sure how good they are, but worth a look. Good luck with your surgery.

Hi Mel,
like you, my bra took weeks to arrive. You can buy the Berlei surgical bras from Myer or DJs for around $50, they usually have a good supply in store. My surgeon expected me to wear the bra straight away so I bought one on the way home from hospital. The bra from the breast care nurse arrived 2 weeks later. It was really handy to have 2 bras and I wore them for months. Thinking of you on Friday, hope all goes well for you, Tracey
