Baby after breast cancer

Hi Ladies, I was diagnosed with TNBC in April. I have had a lumpectomy & nodes removed from my right arm. I have 4 weeks left of chemo, then 6 weeks of rads straight after & waiting on genetic testing. Has anyone out there had a baby after treatment? If so was there a wait period? I've tried talking to my surgeon & he just says its up to me. I'm feeling really confused, I really want another baby, but is it silly & selfish as I could have a recurrence? Thanks Mells
