Tremors, difficulty with speech and walking, head shakes! Auto immune disease?

Hi everyone, after only 2 cycles of A (Doxarubicin) & C (Cyclophosphamide) plus dexmethesone used as anti nausea I have been left with increased motor and muscle problems.  A slight tremor of neck, head, hands and legs in cycle 1 increase frighteningly a few days after 2nd chemo. A GP, Breastcare Nurse and Nurse at Oncology Centre said it was the Dexmethesone, but now the Drs don't think it's that.  Does anyone know of these side effects and any treatment?  I have postponed the 3rd round of chemo,,due last week, at the suggestion of a couple of Drs but am worried this puts me in a vulnerable position re my cancer outcomes. However do not want to get even worse side effects as had an auto immune syndrome years ago. I am unable to contact a woman on Sunshine Coast due to not having much information besides the fact that she exhibited same symptoms 12 mths ago to her Home Carer who advised me of this when watching my unsteady gait and speech at a shopping centre. Any feedback would b great!
