Hi all, I have been on Tamoxifin now for about 12 months, i have serious joint pain and cramps, i am moody and i seem to have lost my enthusiasm for anything, the hot flushes are really doing my head...

its hard and I agree, there is no normal anymore its just adjusting to a new way of life. I too get very tired and by 3pm feel like I have trouble making it through the rest of the afternoon. Try the magnisium its seem to help also have a look online at cooling pads, they are awesome it cools your core right down and lets you sleep.
Vent all you like, its a crap hand we have been dealt and you have every right to be unhappy.
