Hi Rachael :smile: Have you changed your shampoo or conditioner lately? A few years ago I was getting a rash & itchy all over my body, and I worked out I was allergic to something in the shampoo or conditioner I was using. It was only when I got hot and my pores opened up that I had the allergic reaction.
