When I realised I had lymphoedema I had no pain or discomfort at all. Nor any swelling or redness. I just realised that my watch strap was very tight. I have had it now for over six years and very rarely get discomfort - occasionally a bit of tightness. However a good lymphoedema specialist would be able to confirm whether you have it or not. As you are having massages, I assume the therapist is not seeing anything amiss. Perhaps best to consult with your GP? Best wishes.
