Gotta admit. I got a bit slack with excercises, because after radiation, I started having problems with my shoulder, which made it painful to do them.
- primekMemberNot unusual to have issues after radiation . ..so keep up b tbe exercises and do lymp draibage massage and hopefully it will settle as inflammation goes down.

- ScorpionQueenMemberI didn't have lymphodema ( and hopefully it stays that way!) but I did have bad cording pretty much from the day after lumpectomy... It got worse before it got better and it returned mildly after my bi lateral mastectomy.... I did see a physio who specialises in lymphodema also and this helped greatly... I also did the post op excercises religiously.... Still do every other day..... Tell your Dr as lymphodema comes with a whole other set of hassles.... Wishing you the very best
- primekMemberMine appeared about 4 months on and wirsened with each chemo cycle. Laser treatment after chemo completed by a lymphodema specialist made a huge difference. My arm just feels normal now.
