Thank you. Yes I have been to see the lymphedema physio on Friday, but it has gotten worse and she is now on holidays. But do have a Dr appointment later this week. Gotta admit. I got a bit slack with excercises, because after radiation, I started having problems with my shoulder, which made it painful to do them.
