Hot flush and nausea

I have also been feeling really off and the number of hot flushes has just about doubled in the past few weeks and the weird part is I have been having a break from tamoxifen for the past 4 weeks. I get the nausea, hot flush then left with a bad headache, just start to feel ok and then the next round rolls in.
