Hot flush and nausea

I've had a couple of 'wonky' days where I wasn't quite nauseous but definitely wasn't 'right' in the tummy. I just felt 'off'.
I've had a few hot flushes just recently too - about 6 months+ into Arimidex. Is it related to the tablets? I don't know. Not pleasant tho!
