LOL on the wierd part but maybe a nicer description is quirky. I am not sure I have the nausea during flushes although just the flush is challenging enough. I used to get a bit panicky with with one but now I just say to myself be patient, it will pass. The nausea could be partly worry for you. I get it any time I eat anything which is jolly annoying.
