So, I made a visit to my GP, who told me that numbing had nothing to do with my vein and that I should get checked for carpal tunnel! And also that my "cancer" wasn't serious so it couldn't be related!!! I was so angry! I've had my boobs taken away and he thinks its not serious!!
Any way I calmed down and sent my photo to the Breast care clinic that I go to on the Gold Coast, and the girls passed it in to the doctor, who kindly rang me.
She explained it as "thrombosis phlebitis" which is not common but happens in cancer patients and even healthy people. It usually settles and clears in 4-6 weeks and to use hiridoid cream on it.
So now I feel more comfortable, just have to watch it doesn't swell or go red.
