“I have been meaning to listen to this podcast but I have just been so damn tired”.😊
Seriously though I found radiotherapy whacked me for 6 in the tiredness stakes and having just reached 6 weeks post DIEP flap surgery one of my favourite sayings has become “ be kind to yourself and don’t be afraid to say no to things if you need to rest”.
