It's been a few days and though yesterday Wednesday was in comparison a good day with little pain I thought today would be better but I instead it proved to be a really painful afternoon on both sides...

I also,am sorry for what you have experienced and continue to experience.I don't have personal experience with what you are asking,but I am sure that many ladies do.Denise,if you look at the top of this page,click on 'my blog ' then when you are in that,click on 'create a post ' then type what you want to say.When you have finished typing,I think you just click on 'post'.This way,your post will come up on its own,and just not connected to someone else's,and lots more ladies will be able to see it:) I hope this is helpful and hasn't confused you too much!!Cheers xoxRobyn
