Just felt like blogging...

Today I'm having a blue day...feeling very much alone on this journey :-(. I am yet to meet anyone like me (a young 44 yr old) in Adelaide with secondary BC. And while this is a good thing (hopefully there aren't too many of us around in Adelaide), it saddens me to know that at the moment I am on this journey 'alone'. While I have some lovely friends who can relate to all things early BC, secondary BC is certainly a different ball game altogether. Don't get me wrong, I have some lovely online friends with secondary BC who are a great support, however it would be wonderful to meet up with someone else in Adelaide in the same boat as me. So today I have put the feelers out to various support groups to see who's out there. So far I'm yet to find a support group in Adelaide specifically for women with secondary BC, so you never know, maybe I just have to set one up! :-)
