Arimidex and dizziness
Hello lovely ladies, I started taking Arimidex three weeks ago. This week I've had several bouts of dizziness, yesterday evening a particularly bad bout. Has anyone else suffered from this? The room spins and I start to feel nauseous, it lasted a couple of hours until I fell asleep and today I'm still dizzy but not quite as bad. I'm getting my old friend the hot flushes back again. The ones I had said good riddance to after menopause . My head feels full of fog. I'm going on holidays on Monday for three weeks . I'm starting to worry. Advice please . Xxxxx

im feeling a little dizzy again but it's not stopping me from getting around, it appears to be something to do with my blood pressure. I took it this morning at a pharmacy here in Banff and it was 155/106 . My blood pressure is normally low and sits on 100/60 so I guess it's the arimedex. - Hope you have a terrific holiday and don't feel crook @Finch. Funny. .. I felt quite 'off' this arvo and am on Exemestane! First time that's happened
- Thanks @primek , so far so good this week. I've kept up the fluids , relaxing on holiday and not doing as much as I was last week and had no more dizzy spells as yet.
- It sounds like vertigo. Be interesting if it stops off medication. I had it post chemo but it eventually turned out to be due to heart function and low blood pressure with it. Reduced blood flow in the ears or something like that. Keep up the fluids also.

We are staying the night at the airport , it's been a big day and I'm exhausted .... I think most of it is fog , no dizziness though. Thanks so much , when things turn bad it's wonderful to be able to turn to this forum for some peace of mind and advice . Xxx
