Arimidex and dizziness

im feeling a little dizzy again but it's not stopping me from getting around, it appears to be something to do with my blood pressure. I took it this morning at a pharmacy here in Banff and it was 155/106 . My blood pressure is normally low and sits on 100/60 so I guess it's the arimedex.
