@kmakm, you probably don't read about it because you're not supposed to do it. So nobody will study it because they would have to tell people to take breaks on purpose and see what happens.
The theories of how long it takes to get out of your system and how long it takes to build up to the effective level is debatable and depends on how you metabolize Tamoxifen (nobody ever mentioned this along the way) and turn it into endoxifen or whatever the heck it turns it into.
That being said, what I do know for certain is that each time something has given a bit and come back a bit less severe. There is no doubt that it is the breaks, if not it's a very large coincidence. The only thing that does not come back less is the nausea. Sux to live with a mild dose of what feels like morning sickness on and off every day. Ugghhh.
