A side effect Chart for most of the Hormone/AI tablets ... on one page
I found this chart a while back, when researching Hormone Therapy/AI side effects - and thought this a good one with most of the oestrogen blocking meds on the one page, in groups, & showing 'most' of the side effects in an easy to read format.
Please note - I wrote the 4 'boxes' of info along the top - with the alternative tablet names and explanations of the different groups of tablets.
If you have MORE symptoms than listed here, feel free to add to the list in the comments below! (I can even add more dots if you like!)
For Aromasin/Exemestane - I can add:
Dry Eyes
Extreme Hand and thumb pain
Hand and thumb weakness - inability to hold/open things - I can't even tear open an envelope!
Weight gain
Occasional Back Pain (that I will be keeping an eye on!)

- Adding the side effects one by one, @Sister, as advised .... This is the most recent & up to date (as will be the next one!)
I'll see if @Giovanna_BCNA may be able to remove the 'older versions' and just leave this one? - And I've lost track but Letrozole = constipation

- I reckon you could also add fluid retention to femara too. Don't know about anyone else but i cop it bad from time to time. One day your weight scoots up, couple of days later it's back down and no changes in my diet either.
- I think a lot of my brain fog part is from the chemo a few years ago but if I am tired like I was yesterday - you know that think of something, go to move to do it, then its gone out of your head? All darn day yesterday. Its enough to turn you to drink!

- My mother was English. My Scottish father firmly believed every ailment could be remedied by TCP (a simple antiseptic), Zambuk (green slime also supposed to have antiseptic qualities) or swimming in salt water. No ifs or buts. Personally I think anything I have avoided or survived is largely due to either refusal to believe in it or laughter - still the best medicine in my book. But I do like porridge.
- PS, we need some lose of libido and dry skin in the Aromosin column. I'm blaming it anyway.
- I like porridge...as long as it's hot.
