Here are my babies- Pete (right) was a rescue cat that is the biggest attention seeking you know what I have ever met in a cat! His pet name is asshole because the second you pat him he puts his butt in your face!
Lucy (left) is my emotional support puppy, I bought her two years ago after my father passed. She’s a bigger sook than Pete and is just the most adorable dachshund with her little legs and wiggle butt. The day I was diagnosed I brought her into bed with me and while she normally jumps all over me and licks this time she just curled into me. It was like she knew I needed it that day.
Plus when my children are with their dad they help me not feel so alone as they both love cuddles!
