    haha no way!!! The sticky date pancakes are actually a breakfast on a diet I lost a lot of weight on a while back.   I eat healthy most of the time so that I can enjoy some icecream with ... no guilt at all!! :smile:

    Thank you so much Tracey, its been a bit tough but I'm keeping myself busy supporting people on a health & fitness facebook group I am in.  Giving out positive vibes to others makes me feel good.  I've had my sticky date pancakes for brekky, now I'm just about to make my cosier chicken for lunch.... then it's ICECREAM!!!!!  Wooohooo, its been sitting in the freezer for days without me touching it :smile:
