Thank you so much Tracey, its been a bit tough but I'm keeping myself busy supporting people on a health & fitness facebook group I am in. Giving out positive vibes to others makes me feel good. I've had my sticky date pancakes for brekky, now I'm just about to make my cosier chicken for lunch.... then it's ICECREAM!!!!! Wooohooo, its been sitting in the freezer for days without me touching it :smile:
