Sorry to hear that Brenda. Re the reflux ... Try putting a brick under both top bed ends to raise it a tiny bit. We do this. Reflux can’t go uphill. Hopefully the lower throat  injured by the acid won’t be exacerbated and he will get better sleep.  Xx
