Welcome and thanks for joining BCNA, behind every breast cancer woman there is a family. I thank my parents, children, husband and neighbours for all the help and support through my journey and many times they commented that they didnt know how to help or felt usless. Just knowing they were there made my life so much easier, so thanks for being a carer, without loved ones like you our days would be that bit harder.
BCNA have a great flyer- how to help a friend or colleague with cancer if you havent seen it, or cant find it let me know and I will send you some, (I facilitate a support group in WA) if your daughter works it may help just putting some on the work place coffee table.
Keep in touch, and give yourself a hug, you may feel like your not making a difference but just being here shows us that you really are, XXX Kaz
