@KMAC46 Checking in on you, how did you go? I read your post and was half way through writing to you before I realised you would of started treatment by now.
You can do this! It sucks, it really does, but you've got this.
I had a mastectomy and lymph nodes removed on the 14th of July, on Wednesday I have my first Oncologist appointment. You know what, I'm scared too, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let this bastard of a disease beat me!
You hear people say they'd 'give their left arm' for this or that. Well I gave my left tit to be healthy, you gave up part of your body too. Get angry and fight girl!
You came through the lumpectomy and you can come through this too. You're fighting back.
