@BlackWidow you can think what you like about me but don’t put it in my discussion you don’t know anything about me or my anxiety if you don’t have anything supportive to say don’t say anything I understand everyone is going through this but not everyone is the same and the process will be harder for some than others I’m really upset by your comments and that has not helped my anxiety I probably will get off this forum now because I dont want to see anymore comments like this so now I’ve just lost one form of support
