Suggestion for muscle and other soft tissue issues
I have been getting a lot of relief from arnica cream - an old fashioned herbal treatment available at chemists. No heat/ smell - been applying twice daily as per physio suggestion.
Btw noticed Woolies has this week the Nature’s Own “ Magnesium gel and arnica “ cream I ‘ve been using half price $10 . It’s in the medical part of supermarket if you want to give it a go.
