Suggestion for muscle and other soft tissue issues
I have been getting a lot of relief from arnica cream - an old fashioned herbal treatment available at chemists. No heat/ smell - been applying twice daily as per physio suggestion.
Thank you for the tip and don't we all like to get a bargain when we want to try something ?
