Scan day freaking sucks......yet again. Probable curse words included.
With only minor trepidation and my shit mostly together I went to clinic today to get my results. I stopped to give a co worker that had just been diagnosed (MOFO BC) a hug and a shoulder to cry on...
@kezmusc sounds like you’ve been through a shit storm FFS! You’re poor boob! It’s a bit bloody cliche but I have so much admiration for you. You’re way more Patient and tolerant than me I would of chopped the bloody thing off by now and after reading everything you’ve been through I’m glad I’ve had the double mastectomy. I’m a shit patient as a nurse and definitely would of gone bat shit crazy with all you’ve gone through. Big hugs to you lovely. Hope you enjoyed a glass of bubbly yesterday you sooo bloody deserve it. Xx
