Except I decided to move a couple of dead date palm leaves that had fallen down (these things have huge spikes on the end) dropped one on my foot and the spike speared straight into my foot and broke off. I tried to get it out and nearly fainted. So I have a huge swollen foot, can't walk and am dissapointed I won't be able to wear my sparkly shoes to dinner tonight. OMG. No wonder I hate gardening.
@arpie, I don't drink bundy but am very partial to a bottle of Southern Comfort. Cardiologist? Really?
@Anne65 , Yes, I had a hookwire the first time around. Definitely an unpleasant experience as they had to double check the positioning with a mammogram after it was in. Nasty stuff alright.
For light relilef @Afraser ...hahahha love it. They just don't get how "Dr to see" can conjure up nightmares when they aren't needed.
Anyhow as far as referals going into cyberspace....we are talking about the birthday cake people for those that remember that joke.
This sort of shit has made me one of the most dilligent admin people around I reckon. I ask the doctors to personally hand me all referrals. I email them to myself as well (along with the sent confirmations) as to where they are to go and follow up with a phone call within 2 hours if I haven't heard anything back or can't see the apt on the system.
