@kezmusc I know i will be enjoying a bottle of wine with tea tonight but i reckon you have earnt a couple!! Cant believe the admin nightmare you are in.....well, I guess i can! Gone are the days when you could post a letter to someone & they would get it! Nowadays with more technology, emails, scanners, it seems things go missing or never get there. Seriously my lovely, you have the best attitude, cool off by the pool, drink wine & let the "professionals" sort it out! i do hope they can do the US the simplest way for you & not the hookwire. I had one of those & it hurt like hell. One wonders, like you said, how much can a boob bear!! Wires, needles, pokes, prods & squeezes.......have another glass of wine & dive in the pool to cool off.
