Nose still running

I finished my taxol regime and am now on my lifetime supply of targetted therapy drugs. My nose is running constantly. I am regularly putting on calendula cream to stop the soreness/rash. The first time around in 2018 the nose running stopped after treatment but this time no such luck. Has anyone any ideas on how I can stop or at least reduce this? My Onco just shrugs her shoulders and says "that's normal". I though maybe a couple corks but if I sneezed it would get messy! I talk to people with a hanky on my nose to prevent the embarrassing drip. Cooking a meal is a challenge. Fortunately it doesn't continue when I am asleep. Maybe I just need to wait a bit longer. I only finished up taxol five weeks ago. Any suggestions appreciated. Even if they are nonsensical.

I feel for you! It does get better but it can be very slow. Losing nasal
hair may be part of the problem - it grows back but I suspect some damage has been done. It is ‘normal’ but that hardly helps. My nose used to get very crusty and uncomfortable, then bleed when I blew hard. Warm water and soap was much kinder but not always handy when needed. Nose oil helped (chemist, it’s refined sesame oil). I have some NZ honey balm that really helps my nose when it gets sore, but any healing sort of cream will help. Gradually it gets less although I am also slightly prone to hay fever. Tissues in every pocket and bag, and I try not to blow in public because of Covid, it’s tiresome. For some weird reason, wearing an N95 mask is OK, presumably because the dust/pollen/airborne whatever which irritates my damaged membranes can’t get the same access. So that’s one option! Best of luck!
