More nose sores
It was July 2020 when I had little sores up my nose from constant runny nose after chemo. Like others I still have a runny nose from time to time.
I've got these little sores back. It feels like my whole nose is swollen and it is incredibly painful to touch. I've tried all sorts of creams to help them. If I sneeze I feel my head will explode. Has anyone else had these little sores. I was only at gp the other day. Looks like I'm going back to gp for help. In the scheme of things it is only sores up my nose but it's so damn painful.

- ZoffielMember@Locksley it's such a glamorous disease, isn't it? No wonder 1in 7 women share the joy of A COMPLETE AND UTTER ROVING SHIT FEST.
Gawd. Nose pus.
Goes right along with the eye infections when you have no lashes. And the piles. Scabs everywhere. Knowing the names and shifts of everyone who works in medical imaging because you had a seroma drained 15 fucking times. Great to make new friends, hey?
Hang in there chick. This stuff sucks. MXX - FLCloverMemberGlad you got it sorted @Locksley! It sounds even more painful after that diagnosis, so it’s great you got treatment for it!

Glad you have some treatment - who knew how much we owe our nasal hair!! - LocksleyMemberSaw gp and my nose is infected. Have a pocket of puss (sorry) from constant runny nose and not a lot of nasal hair that is meant to look after these things. It's causing ulcers and sores up my nose. Have nasal cream and a course of antibiotics. Happy to have answers. I asked if it was Nasal vestibulitis and gp said no but I was happy to know the correct wording to ask. Thanks for your help ladies it really is so valuable to be able to ask questions as there are so many side effects we all have.
- iserbrownMemberOh @Locksley
That sounds uncomfortable!
As suggested by others a GP visit is in order
Take care - FLCloverMemberYou’re not being a sook at all. I sometimes get sores or pimples inside my nose, and it hurts to even eat, as any movement aggravates them. Very painful place, inside the nose. Definitely go see your gp about it.
- arpieMemberHey, @Locksley - it has brought tears to my eyes, just blowing my nose - and that was just ONE pimple!!
Good luck - hope it can be fixed in one go! xx - LocksleyMemberThankyou everyone this has given me some options. I didn't want to sound like a sook but its very painful. Will keep you postesd.
- Cath62MemberBloody hell @Locksley as if you need that. Hope some of the suggestions above help. Sending hugs x

It’s a thing! Nasal vestibulitis - cancer treatment is listed as a possible cause. It may need antibiotic cream prescribed by your GP or even a course of oral antibiotics.
