You look great - and very athletic! The freedom feels good, doesn't it? I laughed at the downward dog comment - so true. I was back at yoga about a month after surgery - just found salute to the sun a bit difficult at first. You are right about exercise, but you and I and Robyn are believers in move it or lose it. Hope you get home asap. Knew you would come through with flying colours. Congratulations! Michelle xx
