Hello again thank you for the info I did do some more googling last night and the two companies you mentioned were the best I came up with also. I checked today with a local health food shop but no luck so I will bite the bullet and order online.
I too walk my dogs about 4 times a week, I also do pilates once a week and am about to start yoga so hopefully I see results soon. There is also just not enough hours in my day, any ideas where I can get some more time?? :0) I am usually really active in the garden and home but since my op haven't had the same mobility. I am also studying full time so I think sitting at a desk just doesn't agree with my waist.
