Hi Everyone,
I have recently been told that I have a new lump in my left breast and now a new one in the right.
At 38 I had surgery to remove a lump that was thought to be a DCIS but came back inconclusive which had my surgeon worried as she was certain I had a DCIS prior to surgery but after an MRI it showed that lump was no longer there so decided to continue with yearly checks.
Two years later I was back to have a MRI guided biopsy which showed PASH once again back to yearly checkups.
Now I have a new lump in my right and another in the left side and have been ask to have a core biopsy via ultrasound which can only be done with the guidence of a clip which is in the left breast due to my lumps being deep, non papable and dense breasts.
Although my mother passed some years ago from BC I have decided not to have a biopsy. Not sure what steps to take next. It is only five years on and more lumps found.
