Had my Yearly Scans & MRI today - 2 years since detection ... the waiting game begins ... yet again!
Today, I had my 'yearly' mammogram, ultrasound & a new one, MRI - as I've been having numb/tingling in my left leg/foot & arm/hands - I almost thought I had 'dropsy' at one stage, as my left foot ke...
Woohoo!! Finally got my results today & all clear .... so hopefully a 'normal' Xmas/New Year this year!!
The MRI didn't show any cause for concern & didn't explain my numb foot & hand - other than evidence of arthritis & some minor disc damage/bulge
The Ultrasound/Mammogram noted the bits that were seen last year that resulted in the biopsy on Xmas Eve.
BUT .... (and I reckon it is a BIG 'BUT' .....) They got my surgeon's first name wrong! .... and sent it to a local specialist instead!! Talk about Total incompetence! I've just requested they be sent thru to the correct specialist!
