early breast cancer
Hello everyone! This is my first time on here. I was diagnosed with DCIS early breast cancer on Feb 22. My world came to an end. I had to have a biopsy and it came back HER2+ grade 3 tumour. The tumour was so small so I caught it early. I had to have surgery to remove the tissue and lymph nodes. My scans came back all clear. So now I have to undergo TCH chemo for 6 rounds followed by radiation. I am now into my 2nd round of chemo. Coping with the side effects okay. I have a small family and am worried about the chemo care at home. Should I be worried about making meals for my family? I don't want to pass on anything toxic. What should I do about sweaty hands? Can I pass anything on that way through my sweat? Also my head is so foggy. I cant seem to concentrate on anything. What can I do to keep me busy? : ))
