Drowning in sweat!
Can anyone suggest something to help with the sweats? I had them throughout chemo and they are worse now I'm on Letrozole. Literally drowning in sweat the minute I get out the house and start walking - even though it's freezing in Melbourne right now! Don't get them at night, just when doing any kind of physical activity, however gentle.

@Vangirl I bought the earrings in Kolkata! Bargained hard but the guy wouldn't budge. I was literally halfway out the door when he called me back.
Are your sweats accompanied by a hot flush? Or are they sweat alone, a flop sweat? - Wow, it looks awesome!!!!!!!
- Hi @JenniA, I chose one based on my existing style, short and blonde. It is an artificial hair wig but based on comments it looks real. Cost under $300, all of which I got back from Think Pink and my hospital, which has a special wig fund. I will try and post a pic..

Was a classic Melbourne winter day in the sun today. My spirits were lifted as I passed by the Treasury Gardens on my way to the hospital.
Only trouble was the almighty gusts of wind attempting to restyle my wig. Was so tempted to take it off and carry it in my handbag! - @kmakm your hair looks fabulous! I love that you caught up with @"Annie C"!! Melbourne looks spectacular
- I love my hair ultra short and I'm keeping it this way for the foreseeable future. I'm looking forward to having summer with no hair on my neck!
I was bald last summer but wore a cap all the time outside the house of course so was a bit itchy & sweaty.
And hasn't the sun started to have a little bit of bite in it? I met @"Annie C" in Town for lunch today and snapped this shot. Melbourne looking very pretty in the sunshine. - @Sister my sweats are not like the ones I used to have when I went through (non chemo related) early menopause. From memory, those started with a prickly sensation, possibly from the head, I cannot recall.
At the moment I just break into a sweat upon exertion and then there is no stopping it until I can sit quietly, preferably with wig off, for at least 10 minutes.
The sweaty parts are mainly head, face, armpits and crotch. At the same time my hands can be icy and starting to turn slightly blue from cold! - @vangirl - do your flushes start at the back of your bald head? Mine do.
