Drowning in sweat!
Can anyone suggest something to help with the sweats? I had them throughout chemo and they are worse now I'm on Letrozole. Literally drowning in sweat the minute I get out the house and start walking ...

@Sister my sweats are not like the ones I used to have when I went through (non chemo related) early menopause. From memory, those started with a prickly sensation, possibly from the head, I cannot recall.
At the moment I just break into a sweat upon exertion and then there is no stopping it until I can sit quietly, preferably with wig off, for at least 10 minutes.
The sweaty parts are mainly head, face, armpits and crotch. At the same time my hands can be icy and starting to turn slightly blue from cold!
