Cold capping

For hospitals that dont offer the cold capping, has anyone done the ones where you chill and wear one on the way, during treatment, and on way home.   Ive googled and there are about $300 for 5 caps that you bring chilled.

    Yes kitkat5​. I did the cold capping with caps that i bought online. For me it was completely successful, I kept all my hair, but it was quite a lot of work getting the caps ready. (I froze them). They felt very cold for about 5 minutes until I got used to the cold and after that it didn't bother me at all. Happy to answer any questions.
