Hello :) After reading your post,I really feel that you have done an awful lot in a short space of time.BC and all its associated treatments,really takes its toll on our bodies,and we need to give ourselves as much recovery time as we can afford to.I am 2 years past diagnosis,but it has only been the last 6 months that I can say that I feel really well again.Maybe take a step back,if you can afford to.Your health is so much more important than any lifestyle.Please stay in touch.Cheers Robyn xox
