@Ne, that information is very comforting for me to read as I am currently freaking myself out because I found a small hard bump on my breast where my implant is (towards the middle of the bottom of the breast). It is definitely attached to the implant or pec as I can move the skin on top of it and it doesn't move but it does move when I flex my pecs. It's small and hard and feels like a foreign object. I thought maybe a stitch or scar tissue but it could be what you are talking about too...
